A focus is to maximize global donations (including workplace giving) in those regions by conducting an environmental scan of the best and most widely used giving sites and workplace giving software platforms operating in those regions and any requirements for the IRC to participate.

  • Vendor identification – leverage existing data to contact or identify vendors

  • Analyze and tabulate responses for comprehensive analysis of vendor/donation site data

  • Validate findings via vendor follow-up and third-party data

  • Recommendations and Stakeholder Presentation

  • Analyze & synthesize findings

  • Create vendor comparison chart correlated to requirements

  • Provide short list of vendors most likely to meet IRC’s needs in the priority regions identified within Europe, (Nordics), Asia, MENA
