SUMMARY This position is responsible for the architecture, design, support, implementation and preventive maintenance of the firms server and storage infrastructure including on premise and cloud solutions. This position is also responsible for the integrity and availability of all firm data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Manage and maintain Microsoft and Azure Active Directory. -Design, implement, upgrade, and maintain Microsoft Exchange 2016, Exchange Online, and other ancillary systems in a hybrid enterprise environment. -Manage and maintain VMWare environment. -Manage and maintain Citrix VDI environment. -Monitor metrics around server / storage utilization and capacity and recommend changes and upgrades as necessary.

SPECIFIC SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS -Experience with self-signed and external Certificates. -Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Citrix NetScaler -Experience with server management applications (Microsoft SCOM a plus). -Experience with server backup applications. -Scripting experience a must, PowerShell preferred. -BA or a BS degree is required. -Advanced/current Microsoft certification strongly preferred. -Ability to meet deadlines and effectively complete operational and project-based assignments.
