The Department of Management and Global Business School, Rutgers Business School - Newark and New Brunswick invites applications for Part Time Lecturer (PTL) teaching positions in the undergraduate and MBA programs for the Spring 2022 Semester. The Spring 2022Semester begins on January 18, 2022 and concludes with the end of the exam period on May 11, 2022.Applicants are sought to teach in Strategy, International Business, Ethics, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and other management classes.Successful applicants are expected to attend orientation, prepare and submit course syllabi, provide timely student feedback, respond to student emails, and adhere to grade submission policies and deadlines.Course appointments may be on the New Brunswick or Newark campuses as well as off-campus locations and require instruction during day or evenings on weekdays and/or weekends.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
Graduate degree (MBA or doctorate preferred), OR Bachelor's degree plus exceptional professional reputation or accomplishment, OR Bachelor's degree plus professional certificate in area of instruction or related area

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to teach in a university setting is highly desirable
