Description:

メンテナンスエンジニアは、主にゲストルーム、フロント／バックエリアの一般的なメンテナンスと修理を担当します。ゲストルームと公共のエリアの簡易的な定期メンテナンスなども含まれます。メンテナンスエンジニアは、機械、電気、キッチン、および洗濯機器の一部の修理も行うこともあります。これらの分野での一定のスキルと経験、そして良好なコミュニケーションスキルが必要です。

ホテルでの建物メンテナンスの経験がある方が望ましいです。また、良好な社外取引先様対応スキルも必要です。

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, front/back of the house areas. Guest rooms and public area entry-level preventative maintenance may be included. The Maintenance Engineer may also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

A building maintenance with hotel experience preferred. Good customer skills are also required.

Qualifications:

ホテルまたは同様の大規模な建物／施設でのエンジニア担当としての最低1年の勤務経験、または最低2年の大学または専門学校の経験。または同等の学歴と経験の両方を有する事が必要。

Minimum 1 years work experience as Handyman in a hotel or in a similar large building/complex; or Minimum 2 years college or technical school; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
