Roles & Responsibilities:

JD Engineering Change Management Project Lead

Primary responsibilities

Coordinate submission of engineering changes on committed dates (inc. supporting steps within the process, quality checks, chasing internal signatures)

Update Priority EC List

Support FTM in Monday weekly touchpoint meeting with customer

Arrange / support internal calls to progress ECs

Arrange Drop in sessions with customer and engineers to resolve EC comments

Keep and circulate notes/minutes where necessary

Update Database with all pertinent information

Distribute KPI updates

Long-term projects

Prioritisation - Create an informed pipeline for open ECs - liaise with FTM, FDM, ESMs etc as needed - creating the capacity for future ECs

Comment Categories - Support in

EC Quality - Firm up plan for improving quality going forward

Devise route to normality

Potential additional responsibilities to be considered

Closing Open actions with customer

VMS update

Skills & Qualifications

Rolling Stock Experience

Engineering Change Management Process Knowledge

HND or Equivalent Qualification

Technical Authoring Experience
