We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Client Relations Manager for a small Boutique Financial Service Firm near Northbrook, IL. Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships? Then we have the position for you. This role involves working with advisors, managing customer relationships, and helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue.

Hours are from 9:00am-3:00pm, onsite

Responsibilities

• Schedule client meetings

• Answer phone calls or emails from clients

• Maintain CRM system (Red Tail)

• Prepare meeting materials

• Work directly with clients on opening accounts

• Organize client appreciation events

  Requirements

• 2+ years of experience

• Prefer someone with Redtail CRM experience

• Strong communication skills verbal and written
