Description

We are looking for a qualified Digital project manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end project management.

Scope project requirements.

Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.

Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.

Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.

Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.

Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.

Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.

Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.

Qualifications

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).

Proven experience managing end-to-end SaaS projects, with a focus on Azure / clouds (AWS / GCP) infrastructure.

Azure / cloud service Knowledge :

In-depth understanding of Azure / cloud services, capabilities, and infrastructure.

Proficient use of Azure / clouds DevOps for project tracking, collaboration, and resource management.

Knowledge in IoT technology is advantage.

Project Management Skills :

Proficient in project planning, execution, and monitoring, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Ability to create and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Operations Management :

Hands-on experience in day-to-day IT operations within a SaaS environment on the Azure / clouds platform, including using IaC.

Proactively monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Security and Compliance :

Knowledge of Azure / clouds security best practices and experience ensuring ISO 27K compliance.

Advantage: Knowledge is medical regulatory e.g., HIPAA, GDPR

Communication and Leadership :

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Leadership abilities to drive project initiatives forward, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changes.

Good English is read/write and conversation.

Risk Management :

Develop and implement risk management plans for both project and operational aspects.

Identify and mitigate project and operational risks effectively.

Problem-solving :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges during project development and operational phases.

Documentation :

Thorough documentation skills for project plans, project requirements, status reports, operational procedures.

Collaboration :

Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, support team, and customers.
