FIFCO USA Manager, National Revenue Management (Remote) in Orlando, Florida
JOB SUMMARY
Leading National RM, you are responsible for generating organizational value by providing revenue management-based insights, direction, strategy, and vision. You will be considered an expert in the industries value chain and will help develop RM capabilities across the organization. You will drive sustainable value growth by focusing on the tracking and development of pricing, strategies, industry rules/guidelines, and price promotions. Your ability to combine a strategic business approach while managing multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working with senior stakeholders across the organization. You also play a key role in bringing RM strategy in the annual planning process, and the longer-term financial goals of FIFCO USA.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the national planning of net revenue per case through best-in-class Revenue Management practices -- insights, analysis & strategy
Develop processes to implement and analyze RM strategies in order to maximize value
Build and embed understanding of Pricing and RM strategy across the organization
Lead reviews, analysis, and redeployment of regional price strategies and guidelines
Lead the pricing planning process through all cycles - i.e. Budget and MYR's
Drive actionable price analysis -- pre and post
Lead the development of RM strategies including brand guardrails, every day / promoted pricing, indexes, and mix (market/brand/size)
Support innovation by partnering with the Marketing and Sales team to develop pricing recommendations
Build and embed new strategies based on post analysis and industry changes to promotional levers
Partner with the Commercial Revenue management refine price strategies and execute on goals
Lead / Co-Lead the development of RGM tools and KPI's, including foundational data layer
Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, identify issues and provide recommendations for improvement
Report on competitive insights and actions
Actively support Profitable Growth culture
Participate in the training effort to teach 'Profitability' to the Sales Organization. Develop on-going 'Profit' curriculum. Teach, coach as necessary.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Mathematics, Masters Preferred
5+ years of steady growth in multiple positions across RM and/or strategic based roles
Strategic thinking, Budgeting, Forecasting and basic understanding of statistical modeling
3rd party software knowledge (ie..VIP, IRI, Nielson, etc…)
Mastery of Excel. Able to create models and analysis quickly with accurate and clearly understandable results

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $109,000 -$163,000, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package!
