Revlon Analyst, Global Supply Chain in Oxford, North Carolina

Position Overview:

Analyzes data to identify inefficiencies and potential improvements in the supply chain system with a particular focus on the global Supply Planning processes (ex. inventory management, manufacturing, procurement, operations, distribution), The supply chain analyst will provide analysis to supply planning leadership to support appropriate decision making across the business.

The role is situated in Revlon’s largest manufacturing facility located in Oxford, NC.

Major Duties:

  • Analyze large scale of data and be able to utilize Data Summary, Metrics and Dashboards to drive improvement across inventory management, production, and data accuracy.

  • Consults with business personnel from supply planning team to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and requirements.

  • Assist with the standardization of processes across the supply chain organization leveraging and/or developing process and training documentation.

  • Support roll-out and change management around standard work adoption.

  • Ensure consistent understanding and use of plant ERP planning tools.

  • Collect data on supply chain operations. Reporting/analysis support for cross category or one-off requests.

  • Continuously improve strategic processes involving supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, and the development of effective internal tools.

  • Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional groups including but not limited to customer logistics, distribution, IT, sales, marketing, etc.

  • Measure supply chain performance and ensure processes/procedures are followed.

  • Validate and improve master data accuracy to drive better system performance

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 3-5 years of experience in material planning, logistics, engineering, operations, inventory management and/ or other related supply chain management/planning function.

  • Strong analytical reporting, and organizational skills; ability to clearly, concisely, and visually summarize and interpret large volumes of data into management reports, determine appropriate course of action, and provide recommendations and suggestions for positive/proactive changes.

  • Expert level Excel User: Ability to use advanced equations and functions (writing macros, writing logical statements, statistic modeling, trend, and predictions) within Microsoft Excel.

  • Outstanding technical and analytical skills. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

  • Knowledge and experience of Material Planning and Forecasting and/or S&OP

  • A strong team player able to assume varying roles within a team and work with external partners as needed for the success of the project.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience with SAP preferred.

  • Understanding of the supply chain function and its impact and interactions across Revlon

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum Years Experience Required: 3-5 years
