Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
During the Accounting Professionals Program you will have the opportunity to progress through a variety of staff and supervisory assignments including financial statement preparation and analysis, product costing, inventory accounting, tax, auditing, budgeting and forecasting. Caterpillar accountants are developed to become our future business leaders and therefore we look for individuals who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as high levels of leadership and initiative.
Professionals within the program must be willing to travel as needed for customer support.

- Currently attending a 4-year accredited university/college or have completed a minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting or related degree with 18 semester hours of core accounting courses from a 4-year accredited university/college.
- Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both Accounting GPA & Cumulative GPA).
- Graduation date between December 2018 - December 2019.
- Must be willing to travel accordingly.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- Previous accounting internship and/or work experience
- Strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
- Leadership involvement in student associations.
- Willingness to relocate throughout career.
