Human Resources Representative

This position supports Human Resources by reviewing and maintaining accurate data, employee records, active job records, and job postings. This position assists with record audits and associated reports and effective customer service.

- - - Is responsible for the day-to-day direct support of HR, Payroll, and Provost's Office-related data entry, quality checking, and error report corrections. This includes identifying and processing a variety of actions, such as ICPs. - - Assists in resolving rehire and transfer errors, and record updates for faculty, postdocs, academics, certificates, volunteer, research associates. - - Works with the Office of the Provost, responsibility center, and departmental partners to find solutions to problems and to provide resources in support of their responsibilities. - - The candidate should be able to work independently, consistently, and efficiently with minimal errors.

 

This position will require initial in-person training but will otherwise be remote.

Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to address urgent matters quickly and accurately, and an understanding of maintaining confidentiality are imperative.

Baccalaureate degree preferred.
