JOB DUTIES: Lead and support information technology projects, including designing, creating or implementing customized or purchased information systems to simplify, standardize and digitalize Alcoa business processes. Liaise with business product owners and analyze product strategies, roadmaps, and technology and data challenges to confirm requirements for digital system solutions, bridging the gap between business and technology teams. Plan project stages including developing software and applications to meet the needs of business product owners and to optimize business processes such as Trading Risk Management and Global Trade Compliance, outlining detailed specs, work estimates, costs, timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Reconcile agreed-upon product strategies and roadmaps with enhancements to applications and systems that can bring increased value to the business. Incorporate legacy software applications into new solutions. Develop deployment roadmaps for digital initiatives and application projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Software Consultant, or related. Full term of experience must include each of the following: Systems implementation and support experience on large-scale applications using Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Microsoft IIS; Microsoft Azure, including web application, App Services, SQL Database, Data Factory, Key Vault, C#, and Visual Studio; and Applying change management principles and methodologies. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Hybrid schedule: Required to work two days in office and three days remotely.
