Eaton Corporation LATAM Supply / Demand Planning Coordinator in Queretaro, Mexico
Eaton’s ES AMER EPG division is currently seeking a LATAM Supply / Demand Planning Coordinator.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate the Supply and Demand SIOP processes across the LATAM region, driving the entire SIOP process with all the LATAM sites and lead the supplier review with the main common vendors used by the different sites in the LATAM region both external and internal suppliers.
Latam sales demand SIOP Consolidation
Drive demand planning consolidation with pipeline and backlog within Forecast pro into the BUs
Support Forecast accuracy improvement within the business
Coordinate the data collection
Support creation one Latam executive review meeting
Join to all portfolio, demand, supply, consensus and executive reviews
Governance and continous improvement on Supply planning
Coordinate all LATAM sites to ensure 24 months sales forecast
LATAM SIOP supplier reviews consolidation
Implement and manage supplier review consolidated meetings
Make Monthly analysis about supply planning
Support supplier Forecast accuracy improvement
Coordinate the data collection for supply planning
Support and manage the development of dashboard of supplier Forecast
Support Latam manufacting plants to develoy internal supplier review (capacity review)
Coordinate action plans with the BUs and the main suppliers
Coordinate all LATAM sites to ensure 18 to 24 months net demand supplier forecast
Qualifications:
Education level required: Engineer or Business Bachelor Degree
Years and area of experience required: 5 years experience in Demand /Supply Planning or SIOP Coordination
Skills:
Technical knowledge
ERP Knowledge
Incumbent must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese)
CPIM Certification Preferred
Soft skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
