• Manage the FCPA product evaluation process (FAP02-004) for IMG

• Train and annually calibrate/certify plant personnel and facility with FCPA audit techniques and principles

• Oversee FCPA operation for IMG

• Provide ongoing verification audits and coaching at Assembly Plants.

• Ensure consistency in FCPA scoring across IMG and Globally

• Develop vehicle line expertise though competitive FCPA product reviews

• Align FCPA strategies with external customer indicators

• Support development of future FCPA strategies

• Ensure alignment with IMG PD Craftsmanship team

• Provide interface of FCPA hardware / software requirements between plant and IT.

• Interface with global team to support FCPA procedure & Stamping Procedure review and cascade.

• Train & Certify Body/ Stamping FPA Plant auditors if required.

• Work with Stamping Quality Manager to co-ordinate regional FPA strategy .

• Perform FCPA audit for Launch major scale Preproduction vehicle
