Job Responsibility:

• Review the production schedule from the Planning section, and prepare relevant resources e.g. labor, supply, and machine conditions

• Monitor line performance to reach daily, weekly, and monthly production, OEE, and quality targets

• Manage all subordinates to achieve production output targets and over-productivity goals

• Encourage strong awareness of the safe environment, high-performance standards, collaboration, team, and 5s in the workplace

• Facilitate all activities that support a safe environment, labor standards, and other projects in the responded area

• Produce vital reports such as daily and monthly efficiency and problems to upper management

• Coordinate with support groups, and supervise subordinates in making decisions to resolve front-line basic problems

• Vertical and horizontal communication of all necessary and appropriate information to concerned people

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum of proven ability at the supervisory level

• Ability to people planning in manufacturing site

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an advantage

• Strong and influencing Interpersonal communication and leadership skills

• Good communicative English skills in reading, speaking, and writing

• Able to work on shift rotations, over Weekend and Holidays
