Summary of the Role:

A Senior CNC Machine Specialist responsible for improving and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment for the efficient production of high-quality machined products. Work closely with machine operators, section managers, and cross-functional team to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment OEE.

Job Responsiblities:

• Improving machining processes for production parts and products.

• Developing and improving existing production processes.

• Performing process characterization studies to optimize production.

• Providing technical support to production teams on machining processes.

• Collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of machining processses into overall production process

• Maintainin and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Cotinue exploring new maching technologies to increase productivity and effiency

• provide technical training of CNC machining process and/or maintenance to production employees
