Description and Requirements

Job Description :

  • Support Latin America´s Field Service agents with technical escalations to solve critical matters from customers.

  • Coordinate tech support focals for their support in each of their countries.

  • Participate in Quality team interlocks.

  • Make use of key trainings to deploy with technicians & agents together with Training focal.

  • Critical case follow-up and progress communication.

  • Evaluate and negotiate with customers/channels Action Plans.

  • Problem replication and solution determination.

  • Tip publishing and knowledge sharing to technical leaders.

  • Constant communication with teams in North America.

Requirements :

  • Experience on Tech Industry.

  • Technical experience (PC desirable).

  • Advanced English level.

  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - intermediate level, advanced would be a plus.

  • Systems Engineering Degree or related fields.
