Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is looking for an ALM (SailPoint) Developer to sit FULLY REMOTE supporting a major federal program.

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Offer in-depth technical expertise and guidance for the effective implementation of ALM solutions and systems.

• Create, manage, and uphold the ALM target architecture for optimized performance.

• Provide technical support and guidance for ALM and SailPoint IdentityIQ, including project support.

• Lead and support the development, testing, integration, migration, and execution activities of ALM and SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Introduce innovative automation strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

• Lead and assist in upgrades and enhancements of ALM systems for continuous improvement.

• Track, report, and address enhancement requests from stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

• Perform engineering tasks and system administration for SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure system reliability and availability.

• Develop and maintain repeatable processes for seamless application integration into ALM.

• Establish a standardized application integration pattern catering to various application types.

• Develop, configure, and enhance workflows for improved operational efficiency.

• Integrate ALM with Component-specific systems and incorporate new requirements seamlessly.

• Provide support for the operations and maintenance of ALM and SailPoint IdentityIQ systems.

• Perform regular health checks to validate system aggregations, task completions, and infrastructure components.

• Assist in fulfilling documentation requirements and requests to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Identify and address gaps in capabilities and services through detailed analysis.

• Utilize technological innovations and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency and deliver optimized solutions.

Primary Areas for Consideration:

1. Technical Direction and Execution: Responsible for overseeing the technical direction, development, and execution of ALM solutions, systems, and services.

2. Operations and Maintenance: Ensure the successful operations, maintenance, and enhancements of ALM and SailPoint IdentityIQ systems.

3. Dedicated Support: Provide specialized support for ALM and SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or sufficient, applicable experience in lieu of degree

• Able to obtain an EOD suitability

• ICAM solutions and systems experience

• hands-on SailPoint Identity IQ experience

• SailPoint Certified (IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect) null
