CAE USA INC EOI - C130J Loadmaster Instructor in Richmond, Australia

Role and Responsibilities

This is an expression of interest for a C130J Loadmaster instructor. The successful candidate will report to the Lead Instructor for the C-130J and be responsible for providing training, administrative and subject matter expertise support applicable to initial and recurrent Loadmaster ground and fuselage training. This role will be based on site on RAAF Base Richmond, NSW.

The role we are offering you

  • Conduct and develop flight training events for customer loadmasters during the ground and fuselage training at local and remote sites

  • Evaluate and document customer loadmaster performance and progress during training sessions I the relevant records and reports in a timely manner

  • Complete any required pre-training administrative activities to ensure that required training resources (classrooms, briefing rooms, simulators) are prepared and ready for the conduct of training sessions

  • Perform SME input into training needs analysis, design, development and evaluation of training materials as directed by the Manager.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Holds, or has the ability to gain, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment

  • Have a minimum 300 hours Loadmaster Instructional experience in an ADF aircrew training environment

  • Hold, or have held, a Loadmaster qualification or civil equivalent with extensive experience in airborne instruction and training roles

  • Have or ability to complete ground training segments of the C-130J Loadmaster course.

Security requirements

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
