Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Annually

RPH is seeking an Administrator to take on a leadership role at Cottage Grove, our cottage-style memory care residences in North Chili. Job Description

The Administrator oversees operations at RPH’s Creekstone Memory Care Residences and ensures the quality of care meets (or exceeds) current federal, state, and local standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, developing and directing the operations at Creekstone. This position oversees and inspires staff and leads an interdisciplinary team to ensure that the health and safety and physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents are achieved on an individual basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience in long-term care, ALR or with a geriatric population required. 3 - 5 years’ full-time management/leadership experience in the provision of services to a dependent adult population required.
