Job Description:

• Maintain a detailed Product Database, with expertise knowledge of Product Specifications

• Knowledge about JDE system and customer portals to support Sales and Project Management

• Communicate all product related information to enable Sales & Projects

• Prepare Internal Department Notification detailing all product changes and implementation timelines pertaining to each department – Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Operations, Production Planning, Purchasing, QA, R&D, Samples

• Prepare Sales Team Notifications regarding any product changes or replacements with clear action-points

• Collaborate with QA team to capture product data to enable Sales and company projects

• Manage integration of new partner products

• Be recognized as ‘the go-to-person’ for the most product related queries

• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures

• Must follow all Company Safety policies, as well as all GMP regulations according to OSHA requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have excellent written & verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills

• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Must have experience working in the food industry

• Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS!
