• Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and collaborate with related function to identify QCD score card of new supplier.

• Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and executing cost saving comply to annual target setting.

• Cost estimation for new product during business development and maintain the standard profit on start of mass production.

• Negotiate price and terms of purchasing with suppliers and vendors.

• Procurement process improvement to increase cost efficiency.

• Evaluate and control effectiveness of suppliers in terms of QCD. Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers while maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Document purchasing processes, such as workflows, procedure to align with quality system requirement.
