Assist with the design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy technical solutions within ServiceNow - Prepare as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis in partnership with HR tech and business teams - Assist with request intake and working with core business stakeholders for routine enhancement requests or defects - Document and refine RTB enhancements and defects - Assists HRSD Tech Team with backlog management and design workshops - Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance - Set testing criteria, build testing scripts, perform testing, and collaborate with business units to complete testing with objective to deliver quality product - Contribute to change management and training efforts - Writing/modifying stories in Jira - Work with solutions architect, integration analysts and reporting teams to deliver the desired business objectives. - Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions - Support release management, reviews release summaries, and release readiness documents as needed - Assist in building reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to meet business needs
