Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills, work effectively with internal team members and external candidates, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy the challenge of building a thriving organization of talented individuals. • We give our interns responsibilities and projects that prepare them to enter the workforce after graduation with “real world” administrative and recruiting coordination experience.

Key job responsibilities

  • Recruiting Coordination: communicate with candidates, managers, and interviewers. Schedule multiple types of interviews. Effectively track candidate process through the full recruiting life cycle. Attend to any interview-related challenges or issues.

  • Event Planning: Plan and execute engaging in-person, remote, and hybrid events for 100+ interns across 13+ Amazon corporate sites in the US and Canada.

  • Data Management: Develop strategic data management approaches for a mid-size program.

  • Administrative Support: Report on program metrics, create customer surveys, develop program-related documentation and content, attend team meetings and contribute to program-wide initiatives.
