Location: General Offices in Santiago de Chile.

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours (Hybrid Mode).

Profile: 1-3 years of back office experience and customers support

Qualifications: Eligible to work in Chile, Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

  • Analyze business data to support management decision making

  • Business reporting generation and internal controls

  • Control Budget management, Order management and validation payments.

  • Customers support, control and analysis

  • Policies creation and updates

  • Administrative support to management

  • Develop and support execution of reports and ensure timely processes' execution.

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of administrative experience and customer's support

  • Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

  • English Intermediate level

  • Eligible to work in Chile.

  • Customer Service attitude

  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel

  • Clear ability to handle multiple priorities, develop reports,

  • A well-adapted, detailed person and interpersonal skills.

  • Power BI user knowledge
