En Warner Bros. Discovery estamos en búsqueda de un estudiante de Informatica o soporte técnico en sus ultimas cargas universitarias para sumarse al equipo de IT para auxiliar asistencia a los usuarios finales, realizando diagnósticos en problemas de software y hardware. Además, es responsable de registrar y realizar el seguimiento de las solicitudes e incidencias en nuestro sistema de tickets, preparar los dispositivos y mantener el inventario actualizado.

Actividades

• Atender y resolver las necesidades de los usuarios finales, realizando diagnósticos para identificar problemas de software o hardware.

• Registrar las solicitudes e incidencias y su evolución en el sistema de tickets, y remitirlas a los proveedores cuando sea necesario.

• Preparar los equipos para su despliegue y mantener registros precisos del inventario de hardware.

Requisitos

• Demostrar experiencia en soporte técnico informático.

• Estudiantes de Informatica

• Conocimientos en diagnóstico y resolución de problemas de hardware y software.

• Capacidad para gestionar inventarios de equipos y suministros informáticos.

Deseable

• Nivel intermedio - avanzado inglés
