Job Information

Amazon Sr. Manager, TPM, Enterprise Engineering in Seattle, Washington

Description

In Enterprise Engineering, we build the software, services, and infrastructure that enable Amazon services across the world to build and deliver for customers. We represent the intersection of technology and the need for traditional IT solutions at Amazon’s scale. We’re an AWS-focused, builder-centric organization, focused on using AWS technology to reshape and reinvent foundational infrastructure technologies. We build software and services that are critical to all Amazon businesses and teams globally. We succeed when we make Amazonians around the world more effective in their work and more efficient in how they get it done.

You will be joining a group of technology leaders who are determined to delight our customers while helping AWS deliver new tooling and services to enable massive growth. Our customers, external and internal, challenge us to innovate on new and improved products that are secure, always on, and work with little to no hassle. Many of our products, when successful, are candidates for AWS to offer its external enterprise customers. We explicitly reject tradeoffs between security, availability, and customer experience – we deliver “Option D - All of the above”.

Inclusive Team Culture

Here at Amazon, it’s in our nature to learn and be curious. Our employee-led affinity groups foster a culture of inclusion that empower us to be proud of our differences. Work/Life Balance

We value work-life harmony. Achieving success at work should never come at the expense of sacrifices at home, which is why flexible work hours and arrangements are part of our culture. When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve in the cloud.
