IQVIA Finance, Associate Accountant (Accounts Payable) in Seoul, South Korea
Responsibilities
• Review and approve AP invoices and T&E expenses.
• Contact employees and other departments as necessary to request missing information and update invalid data issues.
• Check that appropriate approvals are obtained for accounting purposes.
• File appropriate documents.
• Identify, track and report accounting data accurately and follow-up on routine issues flagging non standard issues to line manager.
• Participate in teams handling various routine tasks within the accounting department.
• Provide standard and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Assist with VAT/WHT statutory local tax requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification
• Future opportunity to expand into other finance-related work experience (GL/AR/Planning)
• Typically requires 12 years of work experience in accounting and finance
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics
• English skill at business level
