About the role

The Logistics Engineering Manager is responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of the warehouse facilities and utilities systems including Civil/Structural, Architectural, Utilities, HVAC and site master planning. In addition, he/she is accountable on the project management of capital projects on warehouse infrastructure and implementation of automation innovation at the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Site master planning

  • Capital and project management on scope, schedule, quality and cost.

  • Permitting compliance on construction and operations

  • Site safety system and asset management program

  • Facilities and Utilities support for on-going operations

    Your team

    You will report to Senior Manager of engineering department and be accountable to Physical Distribution Leader. You can be based in Seoul or Chonan depending on the project and business needs. You will be leading teams at the site and work with experts from Asia and all around the world.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering preferably in Civil or Mechanical. Experience in Project Management, Facilities, Building MEP and Utilities system is beneficial.

  • 13 years of logistics industry experience is preferred but not required

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in English and Korean

  • Korean citizenship or legal eligibility (F4 Visa) to work in Korea
