Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with HRBP, hiring managers to establish sourcing and recruiting strategies.

  • Manage and drive full cycle hiring process from kick off meeting to offering to ensure every stage is carried out in accordance with compliance, China Hiring SOP and adhere to best practice principles.

  • Supervise vendor's (search partners, job boards and background check company) execution of the recruitment strategy established for each opening.

  • Develop an external network of vendors and talent sources that facilitates the development of a passive candidate pool for talent scout.

  • Support consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organization toward further efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Education/Degree Requirements: University degree with preference in HR Management, Business Administration and others

  • Language skills & proficiency: Fluent written & spoken English and Mandarin are essential.

  • 5+ years talent acquisition or relevant HR position role in MNC, with Minimum 3 years of TA in an organization with Research & Development setup

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational awareness, multi-tasking and time-management skills

  • Good negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills

  • Analytical and able to handle complexity and ambiguity

  • Strong learning agility and talent sourcing ability

  • Computer skills (MS office)
