Responsibility:

. Business Support to the Directors

  • Assistant to the Directors of Supply Chain Management, including complex administrative support, e.g. calendar, travel, expense reports management, materials preparation etc.

  • Take initiative in business report or presentation for the Directors of Supply Chain Director, for example collect data/information, and draft talking points, etc

  • Provide assistance to any projects that require the involvement of the Directors of Supply Chain Director

Departmental Support

  • Coordinate with internal and external departments/counterparties, provide efficient and high quality service to SCM Dept as required

  • Collect internal and external visitors to support accommodation/ground transfer and related travel documents arrangement, support and help to organize department meetings and regional meetings etc.

  • To provide update divisional contacts and relevant information

  • To provide internal support to different functions to ensure smooth operation within the division and cross function

  • Collect feedback from emplyees and support problem solving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar role, prefer with Pharma operation/multinational background or experience

  • Functional Ability

  • Good PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Good English and German language skills, both verbal and written

  • Friendly, quick learning, independent, self-motivated, considerate, pro-active and good team player

  • Good organization and planning skills; good time management for emergent issue and priorities, and good at communication and team work spirit.

  • Customer service focus and understanding of clients’ needs

  • Confidence, professionalism, and efficiency in managing responsibilities

  • Adaptability to change, willingness to share and learn

  • Good problem solving skills
