What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

• As the system owner, you need to lead vendor or operation team to follow daily operation management of your facility system. Ensure the system is operated by following all requirement and regulation.

• Monitor the system performance, assist in facility performance management. You also need to corporate with other systems or functions to support campus continuously improvement.

• Manage all activity of vendors, ensure they fully comply with EHS, SLA and KPI requirement.

• Corporate with business department, provide annual system planning, includes budget, maintenance schedule, asset assessment etc.

• Able to provide correct tools and process to help team follow Kenvue standard, EHS and GMP regulation.

• Monitor the system performance, includes team execution, cost deviation, system abnormal performance. Provide proper mitigation plan or solution.

• For the maintenance provided by vendors, you need to response for hand-over and acceptance task. Ensure all the activity is fully complied with EHS & Quality requirement.

• Corporate with team to take care of facility equipment, ensure the 5S and house keeping of our facility room.

• You need to engage to emergency maintenance or any other emergency situation that may need your supporting.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent degree (Facility, Engineering, Electromechanical, or related experience is preferred).

• Experience in electrical system maintenance is preferred.

• Certification of LV/HV electrician is required.

• Be familiar with MS Office, AUTOCAD. Able to make simple data analysis.

• Ability to make simple data analysis, experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

• Ability to read professional manual & drawing in both Chinese and English. Strong problem-solving skills to ensure the system reliability and conduct the maintenance task. Able to work independently to handle complex technical issues.

• Good communication skill between teams & different functions. Strong willingness to engage project activity to help team deliver team goals and value.
