Introduction
The Customer Service Manager leads a team of Customer Service Representatives to manage order-to-cash operations and support the growth of sales. Provides professional on-site leadership and is responsible for meeting department goals. Lead and build cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships across GlobalFoundries.
Your Job
Manages orders and quotes process, and customer data
Handle and resolve billing, shipment logistics, WIP and inventory matters
Work with finance to deliver on cash management KPI’s
Anticipates operational issues and develops preventative measures.
Taking ownership of customers’ and staff issues and following problems through to resolution
Improve customer service experience
Enforces company policies and procedures
Manages customer service staff, leads staff to execute job expectations, and performs appraisals and job reviews
Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Drive rigorous process and team improvement programs
Requirements:
Min 5 years of proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager
Has an eye for details and customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong decision-making skills
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Semiconductor Industry and business knowledge
ERP: Oracle / SAP
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft office
