What you’ll do:

  • Prepare supplier inspection work instructions and other related quality control documents and records, and keep quality documents and records.

  • Organize the quality inspection of the supplier's incoming materials, take emergency measures for abnormal materials, organize the relevant departments to analyze and deal with it in a timely manner, and notify the supplier to make corrections

  • Apply statistical techniques to quality control, classify and count faulty products, analyze the causes of quality fluctuations and faults, and propose improvements.

  • Responsible for the supplier's quality control work, including the development and verification of new materials and new suppliers, as well as supplier auditing.

  • Use incoming materials, inspection records and after-sales records to compile monthly and annual quality reports, and compile shipping technical data and delivery reports.

  • Responsible for product testing and auditing performed by customers in the factory, preparing test and audit records, and compiling corresponding test and audit reports.

  • Responsible for OEM product training, on-site debugging and after-sales quality problem handling, mainly preparing training materials and training, guiding on-site debugging, going to the scene to conduct fault investigation, analysis and compiling analysis reports.

  • Ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from related majors in the School of Electrical Engineering or related majors in the School of Automation, majors in power electronics and power electronics are preferred;"

  • At least 10 years experience in a related manufacturing field and industry

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or other need to have Hi-Voltage electrical appliances or Hi-Voltage technical work experience for more than two years; "

  • Familiar with ISO9000 series standard;

  • Good at English communication and Office software;

  • Able to adapt to domestic and overseas travel work.
