Your Role

Your program will either focus on a specific business or functional unit, or allow you to rotate through a variety of both. During your program we hope that you will develop the following knowledge + skills:

Your Responsibilities

• To learn + understand howwe fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape.

• To build knowledge of ouroperational, sales + logistics processes, including their application.

• To develop personalleadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication,collaboration.

• To learn about + applyproject management skills: actively participate in/lead + deliver inassigned projects

• To develop a basicknowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking

• To develop knowledge of ourvarious systems + products.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Recent graduate with aBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other equivalent qualifications.

• Strong academic record.

• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

• Proactive attitude with awillingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities.

• Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment
