DIRECT HIRE/PERMANENT POSITION!!

We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for a permanent position in South Windsor, CT. This position will be FULLY onsite, no exceptions, and offers a casual, flexible work environment!!

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000, DOE

Job Description:

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in in a small team, handling a variety of tasks including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, payroll support, and providing support to the Accounting Manager for other general accounting tasks. In addition to accounting duties, you will also be responsible for various administrative tasks such as assisting the president, answering phones, scheduling meetings, and other general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting clerk/administrative position

  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, and general accounting principles

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

  • MUST be ok working in a small office environment

  • Must be comfortable working onsite full-time
