Emerson Analista (Order Management) in SUDESTE, Brazil

Responsabilidades:

  • Trabalhar com alinhamento direto com os times de inside sales, vendas, planejamento, gerente e diretores focais da conta, supply chain e time de cobrança;

  • Será o responsável pelo processo de order to deliver;

  • Liderar comunicação proativa para resolver qualquer divergência em pedidos, auxiliar com informações relevantes ao time de cobrança;

  • Sugerir melhorias de processo para atendimento das necessidades do cliente;

  • Comunicar proativamente o cliente de qualquer problema que possa afetar a satisfação do cliente;

  • Abertura de chamados e acompanhamento em portais de clientes;

  • Completar todas as certificações e treinamentos que forem necessários e atribuídos à função;

  • Administração da carteira de pedidos de clientes-chave, brindando atendimento diferenciado;

  • Responsável pelo processo de order to delivery;

  • Melhorias de acuracidade de data de entrega - OTD;

  • Gerenciamento ativo do backlog dos clientes sob sua gestão - follow ups internos com planejamento e supply chain, financeiro, vendas, etc;

  • Manter informações dos clientes atualizadas no sistema;

  • Coletar e manter informações e documentos relevantes de acordo com a política vigente de retenção de documentos garantindo o compliance;

  • Entender e aplicar nossas políticas comerciais de forma constante e consistente;

  • Assegurar que os processos sejam compliance de acordo com normas internas e com os requisitos governamentais. Auxiliar Order Entry verificando Termos e Condições, acordos e padrões;

  • Gerenciamento de solicitação de faturamento e acompanhamento de entrega;

  • Responsável por administração de pedidos on hold até sua liberação;

  • Reuniões e calls com clientes para alinhamento, batimento de pedidos e o mais for necesário;

  • Atualização de relatórios de acompanhamento enviado pelos clientes de acordo com sua necessidade;

  • Acompanhar a situação financeira das contas sob sua responsabilidade junto ao time de crédito e cobrança;Gerenciar as revisões de pedidos pós booking;

  • Gerenciamento proativo de backlog, resolvendo problemas e atrasos;

  • Contribuir para incrementar o número de faturamento mensal, negociando antecipações e embarques parciais;

  • O OM será capaz de fornecer coaching, treinamentos e mentorias ao time menos experiente e ainda promover suporte ao time de qualidade e melhora contínua. Capaz de gerenciar ambiguidade e entender tanto as expectativas do cliente quanto da organização.

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Administração, Contabilidade, Engenharia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;

  • Experiência acima de 5 anos em atendimento ao cliente;

  • Inglês avançado e desejável espanhol;

  • Experiência de trabalho em equipe para atingir objetivos comuns;

  • Comunicador eficaz, escrita e verbal;

  • Desejável conhecimento em ERP / CRM;

  • Domínio pacote Office;

  • Habilidade de apresentação de resultados e KPIs para alta gestão;

  • Local de trabalho: Sorocaba, SP;
