Build solid customer relationships, provide solutions to customers, and increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with customers
• Provide quotes
• Routine account follow up
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Set up new accounts and persuade them to change to Disco for products they are purchasing from competitors
• Sell new products

Skills

• Customer Service experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Self-motivated
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to learn new skills and computer programs
