What you’ll do:

  • Manufacturing process quality control

  • Lab facility management and Reliability testing Planning

  • Return failure Analysis Supporting

  • Customer complaint Handling and promate customer satisfaction

  • Responsible to organize the PQC/FA /Lab team daily management, Leading team to fulfill tasks accomplishment to reach the plant quality goal.

  • Organize team to quick solve the quality issues in the process and customer feedback

  • Managing the customer quality issues / complaints in timely manner, Coordinate cross-function (ME&RD&PQE&SQE) to solve process to investigation & root cause analysis, short/long term corrective action plans and actions follow up.

  • Response for RMA performing the Data collection & analysis according to requirements

  • Responsible for delivery customer special requirements. support customer PPAP submission and Customer Audit.

  • Continue to improvement customer satisfaction by initiate customer relate project.

  • Familiar with low-voltage products and experience of relevant knowledge was perfect

  • Well team management with coaching ability.

  • Good teamwork spirit and good english communication.

  • Willing to take challenge

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree

  • 10 years+ experience in Auto or Electrical industry for quality control and customer quality related work.

  • 3 year + people management experience

  • Strongly complaint handling and problem-solving skill

  • Driving for results

  • Leadership and people management skill

  • Time management and Stress management

  • Listening, patience and conflict management
