Who will you be working with?

You will be working with relevant internal function team, supplier and customer. Guarantee our product quality meet standards and customer expectation.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the quality group/division, you will be responsible for respond customer’s claim and NCR. Implement investigation and prepare/upload 8D report in portal and review all NCR progress with customer to closure. Prepare quality relevant documents of projects and manage internal FAI of devices and CFAI with customer.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachlor degree and major in Electrical preferred

• Language: CET-6, able to lead meeting with customer in oral English.

• Computer: have skill on MS office and excel at PPT document.

• Have experiences as quality supervisor over 2 years.

• Excel at process quality control on LCM/LCD products.

• Have experiences on PCBA process quality control is prefer.

• Have certificates like IPC610, IPC600, DIN6701.

• Familiar with process quality control on like sheet metal, PCB, milling, die-casting, LED etc.

• Excel at quality tool and ISO standard like 8D,5W1H, DFX, TS 5 tools, ISO9001 etc.

• Reliable and better responsibility, perfect logic thinking ability, good communication between department and customer, able to work under pressure, Push relevant colleagues to improve quality.

What will your typical day look like?

• Improve quality controlprocess.

• Identify quality relevant requirements on new projects.

• Prepare quality documents like QMP etc.

• Manage quality staffs and responsible for training.

• Gathering quality data of LCD process and customer claimed.

• Organize regular quality meeting with team.

• Lead and follow up OIL.

• Organize investigation on customer NCR and sisco NCR.

• Prepare and participant NCR exchange meeting with customer.

• Manage Internal FAI of devices on new projects and follow up OIL.

• Assistant PM to organize prototype device review.

• Synergy with China group on MK topic.

• Regularly provide MK cases and participant competition.

• Monthly review performance of Engineer and inspector.

• COPQ analysis and implement action plan.

• Annually SP process audit on LCD process.

• Complete quality documents of IFAI and CFAI regarding project progress.

• Manage RMA process with team.

• Identify root cause and follow up action plan. Organize product-QRQC.

• Prepare and participant audit which be organized by customer and third body.

• Lead/participant CFAI and PTR with team. Organize routine audit on 5S/ESD/MSD.

• Assistant QM to manage KPI target and Finalize assigned tasks.
