• Lead tender Engineering activities for coupler product line

• Support for global as well as local tenders

• Manage various cross-functional team for on-time effective technical proposal submission

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Tendering Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Proposing effective solutions for various car-builders based on their specific requirement

• Driving standardized product offering & modular approach for coupler design and selection

• Interacting with Train Operators & Car-builders to understand the requirements & pain points

• Forecasting market trends and support R&D with relevant input

• Interacting efficiently with Cross-Functional Team (CFT) from various regions & CoC for various decisions and approvals

• Leading cost out initiatives, NRC optimization etc

• Demonstrate leadership skills by facilitating and influencing key stake holders to achieve tender milestones

• Manage a team of 3-5 people

Experience & Skills:

• Mechanical Engineer with minimum 12 to 15 years of experience. Experience in Rail industry is preferred.

• Customer Focus , Leadership & problem solving

• Fluent in English
