通常情况下,您需要

  1. 分析区域及下属分公司的改造市场及研究细分市场,挖掘改造潜在客户及需求,制定业务市场策略并组织实施

  2. 制定区域改造代理商渠道发展计划,定期监督代理渠道的有效性

  3. 根据业务需求完善区域分公司的改造组织架构和人员能力的提升

  4. 跟踪参与改造大项目并协调公司内外部资源|

  5. 制定服务站直销渠道发展计划,定期维护直销渠道的有效性

  6. 分析当地改造市场,及时提供改造信息,每月分析改造月报,并向主管部门提交相应的分析、改进报告

  7. 提前识别机会与风险,完成每个月业务计划

成功的候选人需要具备:

1.您拥大专及以上学历,商科或工科类专业优先,并具备7年及以上相关工作经验,拥有同行业工作经验者可适当放宽要求

2.您在类似行业(建筑/设施管理/暖通空调/消防与安全/服务/机电)中担任过销售管理职务,获得过优异的销售业绩。

3.您以结果为导向,能够适应在高度流程化的组织中工作

4.您可以创造协作且包容的工作氛围,激励团队提升销售业绩

5.您具有战略思维,能够制定和达成短期及长期业绩目标

6.您可以快速响应客户的需求,通过团队协作和卓越运营为奥的斯的业绩提升起到积极作用
