What youll do:

Maximize the sales of G-W products to existing and new accounts in an assigned territory to grow business.

Contact, sell, and service influencers and decision makers in community colleges, junior colleges, four-year colleges, and universities.

Achieve sales goals for territory by effectively communicating with customers, planning sales coverage, managing resources, selling, and servicing accounts via phone, email, and social media.

Build strong relationships with customers by continually providing G-W product information, news, service, and support.

Research school programs and faculty to maintain current customer database information.

Report customer and product feedback and market information within the territory.

Travel via automobile and/or airplane to assigned territory to represent G-W at related trade shows, conferences, and/or customer-requested meetings.

What youll bring:

Bachelors degree required. Degree in sales, marketing, or business preferred.

Five years of sales or marketing experience required.

Experience in educational sales or publishing is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully with a variety of people.

Experience and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software.

Must fulfill legal requirements of their state of residence to rent and drive a car.

Ability to travel within the assigned territory approximately 2-3 times per year.
