The role

We are looking for Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Tredegar, Wales. The successful candidate will proactively manage commercial customer accounts via both existing client relationships and through establishing relationships with new customers. This role will guarantee the customer needs are satisfied through the delivery of excellent support and advice and leveraging relationship management skills to ensure excellent customer service delivery leading to customer satisfaction and retention.

Moreover, the successful candidate will manage the commercial account, including regular tele-cons and face-to-face business reviews; reacting to product specific queries; processing order receipts and complaints in an ethical and timely manner, in the best interest of both the customer and the company, according to internal Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

The role holder will be responsible for dealing directly with customers to offer advice, status updates and support in relation to relevant client service offerings in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.

Please be aware that this role isn't a people management position.

Main responsibilities

  • 100% customer satisfaction and maximise on-time-delivery.

  • To deal directly with PCI's client base, representing the business in a professional manner.

  • Generation of meeting minutes.

  • Establish and build strong working relationships.

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries.

  • Investigate, track and resolve customer queries, identify trends and implement solutions.

  • Order Processing.

  • To continuously learn about organisational product and services keeping up to date with any changes.

  • To undertake such tasks and to manage specific internal or ad hoc projects as and when required to meet department and business needs and within the scope of the job-holder’s capabilities and responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client facing role is mandatory for the role

  • Working in a pharmaceutical industry is desirable

  • Experience of working within a fast-pace environment

  • Problem analysis and solving skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Packages

  • Attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn
