JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Septic Installer is responsible for managing septic system installation projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Leadership - Take charge of septic system installation projects, overseeing the work of installation teams. Create installation plans, delegate tasks, and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Site Preparation - Evaluate project sites, plan excavation and installation procedures, and coordinate necessary equipment and materials. Collaborate with excavation and grading teams to prepare the site.
  • Installation and Assembly - Lead the installation of septic system components, including tanks, drainfields, distribution boxes, and piping systems. Ensure all components are correctly positioned and connected.
  • Quality Control - Conduct inspections to verify the quality and functionality of installed systems. Address any issues or deviations from the project plan promptly.
  • Team Supervision - Provide guidance, training, and support to installation team members. Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures.
  • Customer Interaction - Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns. Provide information about septic systems and their maintenance.
  • Documentation - Maintain accurate project records, including work orders, equipment use, and materials used. Report project progress to management as required.
