Summary:

Provide extensive legal research, analysis and recommendations on legal and environmental issues surrounding Rainbow Energy Center and its affiliates.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Advise the executive leadership team on the potential legal ramifications of proposed organizational policies and procedures.
• Advise on and manage the resolution of disputes and litigation.
• Draft and review contracts and a wide variety of legal correspondences.
• Strategize with executive leadership team on tax, legislative, regulatory and compliance matters and advocate for these positions as necessary.
• Oversees all matters of legal significance, including contracts, leases, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Provide supervision to outside counsel hired to assist Rainbow Energy Center with their specialized legal services.
• Negotiate legal matters on behalf of Rainbow Energy Center and its affiliates.
• Protect the organizations rights in its interactions with external parties.
• Perform factual and legal research and analysis.
• Stay up to date with relevant environmental regulations and standards to ensure Rainbow Energy Centers initiatives adhere to legal requirements, permits and best interests.
• Protect the companys intellectual property rights.
