• Direct hire opportunity

• Salary: $90,000-$110,000 w/ bonus potential

• Onsite role - may be potential for remote work in the future

Responsibilities

• Control all aspects of projects, including schedule, budget, documentation, contracts, reports, and account receivables.

• Assist with field technician operations efforts.

• Review and assess projects to update Operations Manager and other stakeholders.

• Confirm all budget changes and trends are documented and approved for accurate cost estimate.

• Track project financials and scope compared to the quote and ensure progress and milestone billings are completed timely.

• Maintain Change Control visibility, ensuring both approved and pending changes are included and tracked.

• Assist with preparing Change Orders from original scope and proactively pursue change orders with the customers

• Perform project financial audits and provide reviews on project cost performance.

• Work under minimal supervision coordinating activities on multiple projects, with project team, customers, and subcontractors.

• Monitor and control key performance indicators for multiple projects.

• Readily and promptly identify project threats and opportunities.

• Identify, track, and help mitigate project related risks and capitalize on project opportunities.

• Order and manage inventory of materials for projects and ensure material costs are aligned with original quote.

• Assisting in the development and negotiation of proposals and project cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Associates of Bachelors degree preferably in business, finance, accounting, or related field

• 3-4+ years in a Project Manager role

• Excellent coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills

• Industrial/Petro-chem experience strongly preferred
