Job Description

1. Familiar with the production process of the post, familiar with the basic structure and performance of leaching filter press, leaching filtrate system, leaching filter press washing system, leaching filter press purge system and other equipment.

2. Familiar with the working conditions of leaching filter press, leaching filtrate system, leaching filter press washing system, leaching filter press purging system and other equipment to ensure the stable operation of the equipment in this position.

3. Responsible for the operation, inspection and daily basic maintenance of each equipment in this position.

4. Do a good job of communication and coordination with the upper and lower processes and the central control room to ensure the stable operation of production.

5. Strictly follow the post operation procedures and the requirements of the operation card, and report and solve the problems in a timely manner when abnormal phenomena are found.

6. Actively participate in the company's continuous improvement activities, and put forward reasonable suggestions for abnormal conditions such as safety, process, quality and equipment found in the production process.

7. Responsible for the 5S cleaning of equipment and regional sanitation in this post.

8. Strictly abide by the safety regulations, conscientiously implement the confirmation system, and ensure safe production.

9. Do a good job of various records of the position, and complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders.
