The Senior Principal Process Success Specialist is accountable for managing the strategy for successful adoption / consumption of key processes across the business. This role operates at a senior-level and focuses on driving process excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering positive impacts on a global Business Services (GBS) scale.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes the strategy to drive adoption and platform/process usage

  • Aligns diverse stakeholders across end-to-end processes

  • Maintains process integrity and contributes to business process adoption

  • Works with business and service providers to identify key focus areas to drive success

  • Works with the Global Process Owner to drive process optimisation and improvement once implemented

  • In conjunction with business (local/regional) and GBS team, drives usage of best practice policies and processes for the end-to-end processes

  • Takes a proactive role in understanding the processes to ensure process alignment across business and functional teams

  • Provides regular proposals for process transformation and improvement to Global Process Owner based on knowledge of focus areas to drive adoption

  • Maintains standard operating procedures

  • Oversees the process for change management to drive the adoption

  • Create culture for consistent client and employee experiences feedback

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that stakeholders needs are met, and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner

  • Develop relationships with the key users and influencers, ensuring business solutions are understood and valued

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent practical knowledge of end-to-end processes in the value streams of (Op2O, 02B, S2I, R2R, H2R )

  • Excellent ability to identify key areas of continuous improvement and innovation

  • Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills to establish and maintain a good rapport with stakeholder groups

  • Communication and presentation skills (able to convey ideas concisely and persuasively)

  • Excellent influencing skills (e.g., able to influence stakeholders about the key changes required in line with business needs)

  • Excellent ability to manage stakeholders globally (this will require managing time zones and travel)

  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and expertise in process optimisation and change management

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data

  • Project management expertise, including the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams

  • Influential leadership style to guide teams and promote collaboration

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges

  • Familiarity with process mapping, reengineering, and optimisation techniques

  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and emerging technologies

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree (Accounting or Business Management preferred)

  • Post graduate degree (Accounting or Business Management preferred) and/or equivalent job-related experience advantageous

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Required Experience:

  • Significant demonstrated experience driving the adoption of standard functional processes on a common platform

  • Significant experience within a similar role, preferably a global IT services organisation

  • Significant experience in process improvement, change management, or related roles

  • Significant proven track record of leading global process improvement initiatives and driving positive results
