Description

As Payroll & Benefits Administrator you are responsible for the timely and accurate administrative follow up of the HR Benefits, Benefits Reporting, general personnel administration and payroll processing. You are part of the Grimbergen Payroll & Personnel Administration Team and report to the Payroll & Benefits Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • The operational follow up related to extra-legal benefits such as insurances, company cars, stock purchase plan, pension funds…;

  • Follow up on individual personnel changes and mass changes in the HR information system, including the follow up of those afterwards;

  • Follow up of general HR administration such as contract and addendum administration etc..

  • Provide relevant reporting for the HR department and management;

  • Management of applications and granting of educational leave;

  • Administrative support in international employment records;

  • Salary administration, input in time registration and/or payroll systems;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equal by experience;

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral) - knowledge of French is an asset;

  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, (Access));

  • You are a team player and you distinguish through your punctual work, reliability, discretion, customer focus and independency;

  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation or you are willing to develop on this area.
